Analyze the system using the Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in. Expand the Security Configuration and Analysis tree view. Navigate to Local Policies >> User Rights Assignment. If any accounts or groups other than the following are granted the "Allow log on through Remote Desktop Services" user right, this is a finding: Administrators If the system serves the Remote Desktop Services role, the Remote Desktop Users group or another more restrictive group may be included. This must be documented with the ISSO.
